About AOV

We were founded in 1964 and are one of the largest professional land surveying consultant firms in Ontario. Since then, we’ve been building a strong relationship with our clients, partners and community.

Who We Are

We’re a tight-knit team that’s passionate about the wide range of land surveying services we offer to our clients. These services include topographic, hydrographic, cadastral, geodetic and engineering surveys. In addition, we provide a full range of land development consulting services, including severances, subdivision design and layout as well as condominiums projects.

Our community is changing with the introduction of light rail transit. AOV provides high precision control, pre-engineering and topographical data, along with the framework for land utilization for this exciting change to Ottawa’s urban landscape.

We operate using the latest technology platform; including precision GPS, robotic total stations, drones and calculating/drawings software.
