Development
The surveyor's role has always been
to create and locate boundaries and to collect data related
thereto for the orderly development of land and it's resources. To
this end Annis, O'Sullivan, Vollebekk Ltd. makes use of state of the art technology combined
with experienced staff to provide cost effective solutions for the
economic development of all land related activities.
The Purpose of Land Surveys
Surveys are performed for the
following reasons:

to obtain the information
necessary to describe the boundaries of a parcel of land such
as the location of fences, occupation, natural features or
survey monuments;

to re-establish the
boundaries of a parcel previously defined by a survey or a
legal description;

to subdivide a parcel into two
or more parts;

to establish the location of
structures and features on a parcel with respect to its
boundaries;

to illustrate the location of
easements, utility corridors and rights of way; and
-
to provide topographical detail
for development applications.
